The Wave Motion signet ring draws inspiration from the philosophy of Keiji Uematsu. Seeking to make visible the invisible relationships between objects and the spaces they inhabit, he created art in which removing a single element would cause the whole structure, physically or metaphysically, to collapse. An homage to nature’s laws of cause and effect, this signet-inspired ring evokes an image of a stone, disrupting and distributing ripples across a pond’s surface.
