Vintage Double V Sweatshirt Black

1940s inspired loopwheel fleece sweatshirt

Based on a 1940s sweatshirt. The distinctive vintage character is recreated, including relaxed, stretched out ribbing and a subtly distorted V gusset, with the silhouette intentionally designed to feel naturally broken in.

The outer fabric is a loopwheel fleece developed by analysing vintage originals. Knitting without unnecessary stress on the yarn achieves a thick yet soft and lofty texture rather than stiffness. The thermal lining was also developed based on vintage analysis.

Artisans individually apply colour variations and distressing by hand to reproduce the natural aging found on old garments. Each piece will vary in fading, wear and distress. Scuffs and imperfections are part of the design.
