Tipi Raku

Barbara Postiasi channels her upbringing in Austria, her relationship with nature and working with her hands to create unique pottery pieces using the raku technique. Raku (楽焼, raku-yaki), which translates to «being happy» is a century-old Japanese method of creating pottery and ceramics which are perfect in their imperfection.
