Vintage Denim Work Pants Custom

Inspired by 1950s denim work pants, this design features thick belt loops characteristic of the era and a straight, slightly tapered wide silhouette that balances comfort with a practical workwear profile. Curved front pockets improve ease of access, while welted back pockets add a clean, structured finish.

Triangular gussets at the crotch enhance durability and allow greater freedom of movement. The denim is a recreated 1920s No.2 fabric, developed through detailed analysis of vintage originals and woven with mixed yarns to produce a mottled, uneven texture with authentic depth. Finished with an Asahi zipper and original iron tack buttons that will naturally age and develop patina over time. Each pair is hand-layered to achieve a vintage black denim appearance, resulting in unique variations in color, texture, and wear that make every piece one of a kind.
