R20J2 Jebok Jacket Blue Sumi Organic Denim

Wide cut built for movement. Generous sleeves, action pleats at the back, wide patch pockets with flap closures, double chest pockets with one external and one internal. Double stitched welted seams, internal cuff facings, pointed collar.
Organic cotton yarn dyed denim, woven in Hiroshima, bio washed, then overdyed by hand in Okayama using binchotan charcoal and sumi ink. The binchotan comes from Ubame Oak carbonised over several days, known for its antibacterial and neutralising qualities, then ground into pigment. Combined with sumi it gives the cloth subtle tonal variation that shifts with washing and wear. Dyed at a two person mill where consistency comes down to careful hand and eye.
