Patchwork cotton pendant lamp with linen cable
Part of the craft edition series, a response to all the offcuts of fabrics gathered over the seasons. Sections of raw ecru cotton fabric are sewn together with run and fell seams to create a unique three dimensional form around a fine metal ring, casting a calm and comforting glow. Each lamp is unique. The tonal shades of fabric are the same, so they look similar while each piece differs slightly.
The five metre natural linen cable can be looped and knotted to hang off any hook, with the lamp held in place by an adjustable beechwood bead. Includes a rubber plug. Can be packed flat. Size small, intended to be hung above a dining table.
