MAN-TLE is an Australian clothing label produced by Heavy Weight Clothing Pty Ltd, a design and fabrication company specialising in the production of textiles, garments, accessories and objects with expert Japanese manufacturers. The label is founded in 2015 by Aida Kim and Larz Harry. They work in Northbridge, WA, where their flagship store is located.
MAN-TLE garments prioritise practicality, ingenuity and durability. The pieces are purpose-made in collaboration with family-run factories in some of Japan's oldest textile regions. The label source other featured materials and quality hardware from around the world to ensure every item adapts, evolves, and ages with wear. The MAN-TLE range represent an ethos of genuine simplicity, useability, and permanence.
